Hugh Stirling Ltd specialises in the refurbishment, fit out and shopfitting sectors, the majority of projects being for commercial customers, however, one off residential projects are undertaken. We are well known and respected within the public house and restaurant sector and carry out between 15 and 20 pub and restaurant fit outs annually. Clients include major pub and restaurant companies, private owners and many design companies and consultancies. Fit out and refurbishments of hotels, leisure facilities, offices (both private and public sector) retail premises and industrial properties all form part of our regular workload and a more detailed list of our clients can be found elsewhere on this site. Residential fit outs, refurbishment and alterations, whilst not our core business, are undertaken both as one off projects and as planned refurbishments such as the current phased overhaul and refurbishment of around 100 flatted dwellings for a major rented property portfolio owner.
