Following the successful appointment of Hugh Stirling Ltd to a Framework agreement as a Partnering Contractor to Whitbread PLC in January 2019.

Primarily for reactive maintenance and small works projects across a portfolio that includes Premier Inn, Brewers Fayre, Beefeater Inns and Top Table, the services provided by Hugh Stirling now include larger projects.

As part of the planned maintenance for the property, Hugh Stirling Ltd was appointed to carry out waterproofing and repointing works to the full perimeter of the building. The work includes repointing the existing brickwork, overhauling the existing windows, and repairing the roof coverings on a phased basis whilst the site continues to operate.
