Hugh Stirling were appointed by Di Maggio's Restaurant Group to work alongside, project managers BCC Ltd on the fit-out of Cadiz in George Street, Edinburgh. The space which was previously a derelict first floor area adjacent the clients existing business, is now home to one of Edinburgh’s best seafood restaurants.
The project comprised of the full internal strip out and refurbishment over a 12-week period. Key features include the installation of ornate tiled walls with inset glass throughout and bespoke metalwork within the main bar and stairwell.
