Cadiz

Hugh Stirling was appointed by Di Maggio's Restaurant Group to work alongside, project managers BCC Ltd on the fit-out of Cadiz in George Street, Edinburgh. The space which was previously a derelict first-floor area adjacent to the client's existing business is now home to one of Edinburgh’s best seafood restaurants.
 
The project comprised of the full internal strip out and refurbishment over a 12-week period. Key features include the installation of ornately tiled walls with inset glass throughout and bespoke metalwork within the main bar and stairwell.
