Working in partnership with JCA on behalf of the client, Hugh Stirling was appointed as main contractor for the construction and fit-out of Gaucho Glasgow in line with the new refreshed Gaucho aesthetic created by DesignLSM.

 

Working closely with the client, the 16-week program consisted of a full strip out of the existing site and all trades fit-out utilising the full breadth of the Hugh Stirling group. The success of the project has seen Hugh Stirling subsequently being appointed to the fit-out of Gaucho Newcastle which will be handed over later this year.
