As part of our long-standing relationship with Mitchells & Butlers, Hugh Stirling was asked to undertake a full refurbishment of the Justinlees Inn in Dalkeith. The six week programme, which was delivered on time and on budget, comprised of the following:

Strip out and disposal of obsolete fixtures and fittings

Project management of all trades

Manufactured bespoke joinery

Manufacture and install new bespoke entrance door set and frame.

Refurbishment of the back gantry and bar

Installation of new flooring

Manage soft furnishings with the joinery works

Decoration throughout

Kitchen adjustments and alterations

Full builders clean then sparkle clean from our Soft FM division
