Skypark - Client Showcase
Hugh Stirling is the facility service provider for Skypark, Glasgow. Following an extensive tender process, Hugh Stirling was awarded the contract for contractual Cleaning Services, Security Services, and Maintenance Services across the entire campus.
Our cleaning team on site consists of five cleaners and a full-time cleaning supervisor. The team is responsible for the cleaning and hygiene standards in all communal areas of the expansive properties that make up the Skypark site and is managed by our dedicated regional manager for the site who conducts weekly audits and attends monthly SLA review meetings.
In addition to our cleaning team, we have thirteen security operatives covering the front of house duties, patrolling officers and nightshift staff with their own separate Hugh Stirling Security Operations Manager.
Our maintenance team includes two operatives that carry out routine maintenance works to the exterior and interior on a daily basis.
Skypark demands a “5 Star” standard across their buildings and an example of our success has been highlighted by a number of the 60+ internal tenants approaching us to use our services for the cleaning of their offices. With over 5,000 people using the facilities daily, the feedback on our service provision has been extremely positive.

Our long-standing relationship with Skypark spans 4 years through our provision of FM services across the entire campus. As part of ongoing upgrades and refurbishment to suites that become vacant, Hugh Stirling was appointed to undertake a Cat A fit out of a significant office space within the campus.
