Built to Reduce Client Risk

In today’s regulated landscape, clients must demonstrate not only that work has been completed- but that it is compliant, evidence-led and fully documented. Our business has evolved around this need.

We reduce client risk through:

Disciplined planning and site management.

Strong quality control and assured installation.

Clear documentation and digital oversight.

Professional behaviours that protect residents, users and reputations.

The outcome is fewer defects, fewer repeat visits, fewer delays and stronger audit transparency for client teams.

Fire Doors & Passive Fire Protection Expertise

Fire safety expectations have changed significantly, and organisations must now evidence every decision with confidence. Our Fire Protection division provides this assurance through:

Certified fire door manufacturing

Evidence-backed fire door supply

Passive fire protection works

Documentation to support audits, frameworks and safety-case reporting

We support housing providers, local authorities, contractors and framework delivery teams with the doorsets, technical information and compliance documentation required to deliver fire door programmes safely and transparently.

Capability Supported by Investment

We combine experienced teams with modern manufacturing processes, CNC machining and digital record systems. This investment strengthens:

  • repeatable, programme-ready manufacturing quality

  • control of tolerances, testing alignment and finishing

  • transparency across delivery

  • technical support when issues or questions arise

It means clients benefit from reliable quality at scale and confidence that every doorset or installation aligns with the evidence it claims to represent.

How We Work With Clients & Partners

Coordinated delivery produces better outcomes. We work collaboratively with clients, consultants and supply-chain partners to ensure:

  • Proper planning and sequencing

  • Clear communication throughout delivery

  • Right-first-time installation

  • Minimal disruption for residents, staff and users

  • strong, audit-ready documentation

Our goal is to make programmes simpler, safer and more predictable for everyone involved.
