The client required a partner who could manage day-to-day building upkeep, maintain high standards of safety and hygiene, and deliver consistent service across occupied commercial environments.
Key operational needs included reception and security cover, cleaning and janitorial duties, hygiene services, window cleaning and routine audit-driven quality control. The facilities team also had to coordinate closely with on-site estate managers to support the smooth running of communal areas and staff-occupied spaces
