The Challenge
Mitchells & Butlers required a trusted delivery partner to transform The Rock into the newly reimagined The Hyndland Rock within a live hospitality context and a defined programme window across October and November. The project needed to balance brand expectations, site-specific character and programme control while maintaining a high standard of finish throughout.
For Hugh Stirling, that meant coordinating the route from design development through manufacture and installation in close partnership with MAB's property supply team. The challenge was not simply to refurbish the venue, but to deliver a polished result that respected the pub's established identity while elevating the overall customer environment.
